Solicitors accounts best system

Hello, I'm new to this forum and thought I would ask the experts what in their opinion is the most sensible and user friendly accounts package for solicitors. the companies offering these things promise the world but as I'm not a numbers person it all looks v confusing

Maybe the question is Which ones to avoid like the plague?

Hi Ian, welcome to the forum. At a previous practice we had a few solicitors on the books. We used Sage 50 for the bookkeeping and it worked well. If you're looking for something more user friendly, check out Xero.

One to avoid: IMHO QuickBooks!!!! biggrin I'm not a fan, but I know others on here are. I believe QB has improved over the years though.

Not worked with solicitors but have used Xero for IFAs and this worked well.
