MTD submission

Ive had a long and interesting couple of conversations with a developer today and just completed 3 test submissions. Actually a lot easier than I thought.

Just HAD to share the good news with someone!

Dancing round my office, which why it might be raining so much. Sorry!

Just got to work out whether I use the soft landing for this quarter for my margin scheme clients given Ive not started processing their transactions for the quarter yet and we are already almost 6 weeks into the quarter.  One of them requires a substantial change to how things are done (and Im hoping for a relaxtion of regs from HMRC, similar to the purchasing side) so the 2nd VAT quarter would also take me into a new financial year so would be much better from a presentational point of view in the accounting software.  Think Im persuading myself as I type!

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

Its so cold, I have to dance to keep warm!!

I got a bottle (or two) of Bailey Strawberries and Cream as gifts so thats coming out.

I'm trying to collect some useful MTD info to post, but have to say the whole info base out there is a bit of a piggin nightmare.   Just had a chat with one poor chap at HMRC - promised I would post on here to see if it eased his workload.  But it might be weekend before I do!

Ah, so you're the culprit!!!    Rain not really affected me to be honest. Been at a client's the last 3 days and the 20 min back and forth each day wasn't too bad.
