Directors Business Credit Card - no receipts

I have a client who is director of the company and has a company credit card.  £20,000 has been spent on the card since April 2018 however he is unwilling to furnish me with the details of the actual expense.  For what ever reason he is with-holding this information do I just code all this expenditure to director's loan account?

Yep Roz, DLA dump it all.

Do you also then suspect ML?

Ask him point blank  - 'why are you withholding info?'   I would

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position
