Oh heck Shaun - think you will need to lose this one in its entirety including the profile (ad for UK as well as US and India based!)

Although it has to win this years award for the sentence construction making no sense whatsoever

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

Yep, Noida in Uttar Pradesh region.

As for the poorly phrased question... Absolutely non what so ever.

Companies who offshore work now seem to be pretty much categorised alongside those who employ child labour (twenty years too late but about bloody time!). It was big in the 90's, consolidated post 2k and now after so many high profile disasters and cases of stolen client information back office is returning Westward.

Unless you are associated with Tata, Infosys, Wipro, etc. or one of the major western accounting firms / management consultancies such as KPMG, Accenture or IBM then you've pretty much missed the boat. The key with those is that although they have an offshore presence they are able to work at client premises and have worldwide reach for the right resopurces. They will continue making money when all of the others have closed the doors and turned the lights off.

If I were you I would stop wasting your time with posts like this and instead get my CV off to one of those.

outsourced accounting and outsourced bookkeeping services would help an organization to get its accounting and bookkeeping work done in a professional way. The work done in-house staff who may or may not be experts in the field.Employing an external agency to take up the accounting work on outsourcing basis would ensure that the work is done by a professional organization with expertise and experience.

Edited and banned but without malice.

I feel that Ankur simply got the wrong site for his marketing.

Ankur, we are the accountants and the bookkeepers!

Shaun.

My Mum always taught me that standing with one's hands in one's pockets was slovenly.

Did you notice that this one had been a member since October 2018? Very long lead in time pre rubbish dumping.

Outsourcing accounting is beneficial for small and medium organizations that cant hire a full team for the effective execution of accounting. For these organizations, outsourcing offers a feasible and viable method that not only reduces the costs of accounting but also improves the quality and efficiency of execution.
