Bookkeeping Business For Sale in Plymouth, Devon

I have built up a nice size customer base over the past 6 years.  Working from home around my family.

I look after sole traders (CIS) doing their basic bookkeeping, Self-Assessment Tax returns, VAT returns (only 1!) and reporting back to them on a monthly/quarterly or annual basis depending on their requirements.

My Husband and I also run another business which now requires more of my time, so I have come to the decision to sell my bookkeeping business.

I also own a domain name but have never got around to designing a website so someone is welcome to take my business/name over.

I am based in Plymouth Devon and the majority of my clients are in this area but some are outside.

I have run this business from a purpose-built office in my garden and most clients visit me here.

I am looking to sell to a person or company who will continue to look after my clients and am happy to work closely with the right buyer over the first few months to ensure a smooth transition for my clients.

If you may be interested and would like more information on client numbers and price, please email me at aplusaccounts@yahoo.co.uk

I take it you have the moderators permission for such an advert?

Hi Joanne,

I see nothing wrong with this one. It's not like the agents who come on here trying to sell businesses.

potential purchasers need to satisfy themselves as to the legitimacy of the sale which is nothing to do with the site. It is simply a poster looking to unload their business.

Hi Lisa,

the question thats going to be on peoples minds is, why are you selling?

Once past that its going to be down to negotiations which you are right to keep off site. I know that there are quite a few site members down your way although the one's that I'm thinking might be espechially interested haven't posted for a while.

I'll drop Steve (site owner) a note to say this is on site but as mentioned to Joanne above, I'm seeing no issue withthsi one.

kindest regards,

Shaun.

Did think this one would be fine given the nature of the ad, but still worthy of common courtesy.

Thank you, I am selling because I have another business which requires more of my time and something had to give, and as the other business also involves my husband then the bookkeeping business has to go. Yes
