Accounting student looking for a placement!

Hi,

So a quick summary in terms of myself -My name is Michal Checinski and I'm an accounting student at Aston University in Birmingham pursuing the career of being a qualified accounting professional in the near future.

I recently finished my second year of university and as part of my course I'm looking for a paid 8-12 month placement/internship in any of the accounting services starting immediately. I would like to keep my options open hence the location of such an opportunity would not be a problem for me, as I can re-locate.

Therefore, if anyone is interested in extra assistance in their practice or is willing to take on an intern please private message me.

Many thanks,

Michal Checinski

Hi Michal - I suggest you remove your personal email address from your post, or you may indeed be inundated with spam!!! Instead just allow the PM facility - you can do this via edit your profile.

Also - perhaps post on Accountingweb (also allow PM on your profile on there or you will get no end of bother from the regulars with their sarcastic comments!!).

Good luck finding a post.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

I think that you had a lot of potential as an accounting student. I believe that there are a lot of business looking for an intern. I hope you'll be able to find someone that will hire you. I think social media can help you out in finding one.

Hi Jeffrey,

just a hint, if they posted once a year ago and not posted again since then it's pretty certain that they won't read your good wishes.
