you need to give a whole lot more information than that (but not names).

i.e. which professional body was the bookkeeper practicing under? What are the sort of amounts involved? Are we talking about fraud or charging level? Which country was this in (This is a UK site). Why do you believe that a fraud occured?

Before you acuse anyone of fraud are you sure that a fraud has actually occurred or is this a misunderstanding?
