Lloyds TSB Commerical Finance - Cash Connect

Good Morning,

Client has just started to Factor their invoices through Lloyds TSB.

Client has set me up so that I can log onto the Cash Connect site [where the reports etc are show] so that I can work out who's paid what.

I've just logged in and not finding it all that easy to navigate around the site.

Has anybody used this site before, if so could you direct me to the best report to use or option to use to work out what clients invoices are against the payment received from Lloyds TSB.

For example my client has received £536.00 on the 23/12/11 from Lloyds TSB, i'm looking for a report that will tell me what Customer invoices that £536.00 is made up of.

Hope that makes sense, been looking for so long, I've got a headache, sure i must be missing the obvious..........

Thanks

Hi Peter,

I don't find Cash Connect terribly easy to use, but I get by during the month using the 'Daily Change Report' for reconciled and cash received.

At the end of the month I use and print the 'Reports'.

A bit vague to say the least, but might be a start.
