The AA...

My turn to post a question!

I have a client who has 3 payments for various aspects of the AA... the bank statement says; AA MFE Renewals, AA Road Ops, and AA Membership.

I know nothing about the AA so I don't know what any of the above are (except the membership, of course).

Can anyone enlighten me as to whether you get charged VAT on AA memberships? Also if anyone has a clue as to what the other bits might be that'd be very helpful...

I can't find anything on their site!

Any help will be greatly appreciated :) wink.gif

Have you tried asking your client what it's for?

If I find a strange transaction on any of my clients bank statements they are normally the first point of contact.

Ring the AA up directly and ask. saves the awkwardness of asking the client.
