Quick question re the above software never having used it. I have taken on a client who uses it, I know line 50 like the back of my hand but not this!!

To raise invoices I have gone into quotes to convert them to won but after that I am a bit stumped as to where to go to actually print the invoices. I have obviously tried the invoice screen but there doesnt seem to be the quotes in there I have converted.

I am missing something so basic, can anyone help me out?

Ah, I use 2010 but have never used that option, sorry.

Can't you check the help options, they normally steer you in the right direction.

Should have gone to Sage World 2010 yesterday (or even today) and you could have "asked the experts" who were there wearing their "ask the expert" T-shirts!!!!!

Hi Additions

With most software that have Quote facility: "Won" Quotes get converted to Sales Orders and it's the Sales Orders that get converted to invoices. 

That's the most likely reason why you can't see the won quotes in the invoice screen.

Have a look at Open Sales orders and you will probably find those Won Quotes.

No trade secrets. They were heavily promoting ACT (it seemed to have more "training" sessions than the other products). No freebie pens or other marketing gifts. Copious amounts of tea/coffee and if we hadn't had to drive over 100 miles home we might have taken part in the wine and canapes networking at 5.00pm!!!!!

There were loads of the "experts" there although they didn't seem to be in great demand. The spot me hand-held devices were great fun and everything we put on them has been emailed to us.

Andy Lopata on business networking was very good. Spencer Kelly was brilliant, and I got an answer from the HMRC VAT specialist on a query I had regarding EU trading.
