Hol Pay for part time

I have to pay hol pay to a lady that works on average 16 hours per week over 3 days. She was off all week, is she entiltleted to the full 16 hours?

For casual workers, you can use the accumulative method

ie 16 hours per week entiltes them to 16x12.07% = 1.93hrs holiday

So if they have only worked 16 in the year, then they are entitled to 1.93hrs paid holiday.
