Driving Schools !

Hi everyone,

I have just had an enquiry from a Driving Instructor, Ive arranged to meet up later this week to have a look at his books.  Is there anything I should know about looking after this kind of client ??

Any thoughts or ideas would be welcomed.

Julie

Hi Julie

A lot of instructors trade as franchisee's of motoring schools. I did the books for an AA driving instructor and the tricky bit was reconciling his AA account statements. Some schools include vehicle hire in the management fee and others expect the instructor to provide their own vehicle.

Overall I found his books quite straightforward and I was a bit dissapointed when he retiredcry

Thanks Sarah,

Ive found out this particular client is totally independent so, fingers crossed should be straightforward.

My brother in law is a driving instructor, so I naturally asked him for any pointers as he is always going on about how long it takes him to do his books, `its very complicated, you would`nt understand it`, is the reply I get when I offer to help him out !

Families ! just as well you can choose your friends.

Thanks again,
Julie
