Filing RTI on Payroll Manager

Hi, it's my first submission on Payroll Manager.

So I get all the info in and make the employee payslip etc and then go to file the RTI but the form I filed was 'RTI Employer Payment Summary (FPS) not the 'RTI Full Payment Submission (FPS)' and accidently left the box ticked No FPS returns this month.

Does anyone know how I can re-do this month please? and file the correct form.

Thanks in advance

Rachel

Hi Rachel.

First of all go to Pay - Employers RTI Schedule, it may still show a FPS waiting to be submitted, although if you'd left a box ticked saying no FPS returns that may not be the case.

However, usually you only submit an EPS if there are no employees paid, and the software will generate it automatically.  If you've done the payroll it should have automatically let you file a FPS. Just have a quick check and see if the payroll you've done is in the correct month.

You can resubmit a file but I'm unsure as to how you would flag up the FPS to file if it's not already showing.
