RTI Submissions

I've just run payroll for a client, and obviously being Month 12 am also sending the Final submission. I keep getting the message: HMRC has not yet responded. Please try Later. Does this mean I've just gotta keep refreshing it till it goes through. I've never had this before in the nearly 2 years I've done it. Its always gone straight away and then I've had the email within seconds. I'm guessing there are lots of companies doing the final submission today.

HMRC are running upgrades 13:00 and 16:00 on Friday 27/03/2015. RTI submissions will be affected.

Great timing by HMRC, are they just trying to ensure they get maximum penalties out?!!

It went through about two minutes after I closed my laptop lol. I googled and looked on HMRC but couldn't find anything as to why. Ann, Where was that message?
