AAT Training Providers Help

Hi There

Have been looking around different forums and also the aat website to find answers to my questions, but I still can't really find them. I have a few questions and would really be grateful to be steered into some sort of direction.

I have 6 years bookkeeping experience for a small family firm, mainly on sage. Have done a a sage course and the B190 intro to bookkeeping and accounts of OU in 2010. I have been out of work since 2011 for personal reasons.

I would like to start to get a proper qualification in accounts to start offering my services to clients privately or even perhaps find a good job.

AAT seems the way forward (am I correct in thinking this?), and I want to start at level 3, but am not sure which distance or online provider to use. I will also have to go with one that offers the government loan option for over 24's. Can anyone please give me some advice. I have rung several providers, but when looking at reviews of companies there always seem to be many complains.

Regards

Hi,

As far as I am aware the only three providers who offer the 24+ loan are Kaplan, BPP and First Intuition, but I stand to be corrected. Have you spoken to all three of these?

Good luck with your studies.

Nick
