Self Assessment for Ltd company which is a partner in an LLP

If a Ltd company is a partner in an LLP.

Does it need to file self assessment tax returns, in which case the deadline is missed, or is the income just reported on the CT600 tax return.

Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing at your answer somewhat - others may have more direct advice - but it's the Company that's the legal entity in the LL partnership. On that basis, the Company would have to submit its Company Tax Return as is normally required.

Self Assessment is for individual taxpayers.
