Sage Line 50 - post multi rate VAT
 

Another problem appeared....

Anybody know how to post multi-rate VAT in Sage? I received two invoies: one has 20% & 17.5% VAT applied. anothe one has 20% & 0% VAT applied.

From memory, if you enter batch invoice (presuming supplier invoice), enter one line for one VAT rate, the a second line with identical supplier a/c, date, and reference and the value with the next VAT rate. Check the Sage values match the invoice

When posted they they should appear as one amount on the supplier account.

unless otherwise set sage will create a one line header for all lines that have same a/c, date and reference number.
