There are many of those out there. I like Serif Webplus, particulary because the design software is very easy to use and you can get much better templates than the rest of them out there or you can do your custom design ...saying that, you bot necessarily need that for a bookkeeping website. I came across the software not long ago and got a copy of it - it was a 'free' ;) copy but you can buy it for about £80. It comes with 6 months free hosting and after that it is under £2/month. It is easy to use - ok not as easy as Office Live was but has thousands more features. Ok it is not free but god knows maybe you will get the feel of it and you can make a website for someone else and your investment returns. :) I am fairly confident you will be able to redirect your domain whatever option you go with, the domain is yours, you paid for it, you should be able to keep it even if you decide to stay with MS and upgrade to office 365. If you are looking for a totally free thing I would suggest Google Sites with their templates and free hosting.
