Changing Financial Year in Sage Line 50

Hello

Our year end has changed and I am trying to update Sage Line 50 but it appears it does not have that facility. Has anyone any experience of this and suggestions on how to get around the problem?

Many thanks

Hi,

You might want to look at the Sage forum's FAQs:

http://sageforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=7490

You will see the section on Changing the Financial Year about halfway down the page. However, you will need to register with Sage to access the forum.

Hope this helps.

Regards

Peter

I think you can also use the help facility in Sage - just type in Financial year or changing financial year.aww

you can only change/extend on accounts plus and accounts professional and it depends on which one you want to do, change or extend?

its a muddle and you cannot show a P&L for more than 12 months but can show to-date data for your extended period.
